Refund policy

What is your refund policy?

Please go to your Orders Portal page to begin a return.

We accept returns for online orders for a full refund minus the original cost of us shipping the item to you within 14 days of you receiving the merchandise.

  • Original cost of shipping is estimated to be $12 unless a different delivery speed is selected
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered from their original form
  • Price tags must be attached and original itemized invoice included
  • Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and can elect for a return label from us for $12, which will be deducted from your refund
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box provided, in brand new condition.

All sale items as well as lingerie, glasses, fragrances and jewelry are final sale.

If items are returned outside of the return window or if final sale items are sent back to us, we will charge a 35% restocking fee.

Please send returns to: Romi Boutique, 624 Emerson Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301 or return them to the boutique in person. If you would like a return shipping label, we can provide one for $12. Please request one online by accessing the Orders Portal.

If you elect to receive store credit instead of a refund, the return label is complimentary. Please indicate Store Credit on your return invoice for this service.

We are not responsible for missing packages.

 

How are refunds processed?

We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise minus the original shipping costs and RMA label (if applicable).

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
