Returns & Refunds

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed.

We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment, less original shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and the itemized invoice included. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is available upon request for $12.

All sale items, as well as fragrances, candles, sleepwear, lingerie, eyewear, and jewelry, are final sale and not eligible for return. Certain promotions may be eligible for store credit only—please refer to individual promotion details.

Returns received outside of the 14-day window or items sent back in non-compliant condition may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the merchandise total, less original shipping and any return label fees.

Please allow up to 10–14 days for your return to be processed once received.
