Orders

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. As a small team, orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Can you exchange items?

Yes, we’re happy to offer exchanges.

Full-price items are eligible for exchange, and we provide complimentary return labels to make the process easy. Please note that some promotional purchases may be eligible for exchange only—please refer to the specific promotion for details.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries are the products delivered to?

We’re pleased to ship worldwide. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12 applies.

Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout and are priced directly by the carrier.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

Our preferred carrier is USPS, which is used for standard shipping.

UPS shipping is also available upon request—please note your preference at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No, an account is not required to complete your purchase.

However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, manage your details, track your orders more easily, and make returns more seamless. You’ll also be the first to hear about new arrivals and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

No, we do not store your payment information.

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify, a trusted third-party provider. Your data is handled with the highest level of security.
