What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns on online orders within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and the itemized invoice included.
Once received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less the original shipping cost (estimated at $12).
Please note, items purchased with a promotion may be eligible for exchange only. We recommend referencing the specific promotion for any applicable terms or limitations.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
All sale items, fragrances, candles, sleepwear, lingerie, eyewear, and jewelry are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box and in brand-new condition.
Returns received outside the 14-day window, or items sent back that are marked final sale, will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
How do I send my return back to you?
Returns can be initiated directly through your Orders page, where you may request approval and a return shipping label.
For convenience, we offer a prepaid return label for $12, which will be deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to return items using your own shipping method or in person at our boutique:

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
