What is your return policy?
You can request a return approval and label from your Orders online.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please refer to the below return policy once you receive the order.
14-Day Happiness Guarantee: We will be happy to accept returns for online orders for a full refund minus the original cost of us shipping the item to you within 14 days of you receiving the merchandise.
- Original cost of shipping is estimated to be $12 unless a different delivery speed is selected
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered from their original form
- Price tags must be attached and original itemized invoice included
- Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
- All footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box provided, in brand new condition
All sale items as well as sleepwear, lingerie, glasses, and jewelry are final sale.
If items are returned outside of the return window or if sale items are sent back to us, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.

How are returns processed?
We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise minus the original shipping costs and RMA label.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
